Millennial contestants will pitch their business idea to a group of

Gen X and Baby Boomer judges. The judges will select a finalist for the Pitch Showdown.

Round Two

Gen X and Baby Boomer contestants will pitch their business idea to a group of millennial judges. The judges will select a finalist for the Pitch Showdown.

Generation Pitch Showdown

A finalist from each generation will pitch it out. Judges and voting stakeholders will select the winner.
